Everything you need to know about using SyncProfitPath.
How do I fund my account?
Go to Deposit from the sidebar or dashboard. Choose your preferred cryptocurrency — Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC, Solana, or Litecoin — then copy the wallet address shown and send your funds from your external wallet or exchange. Once sent, paste your transaction hash and submit. Our team will confirm the deposit, usually within 30 minutes.
What is the minimum deposit?
The minimum deposit is $100, which qualifies you for the Basic Plan. Higher deposits unlock the Standard ($500+) and Premium ($2,000+) plans with better daily rates.
Which cryptocurrencies can I use?
We currently accept Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), USDT (TRC20 & ERC20), USDC, Solana (SOL), and Litecoin (LTC). Make sure you're sending on the correct network — sending on the wrong network will result in lost funds that cannot be recovered.
How long does a deposit take to confirm?
Most deposits are confirmed within 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on network congestion. Once confirmed, the amount is added to your available balance and you can begin investing immediately.
My deposit is still pending after several hours. What should I do?
First, check that your transaction hash is visible on a blockchain explorer (e.g. blockchair.com or etherscan.io) and has at least 1 confirmation. If it does and your balance still hasn't updated, open a chat with our support team and share your transaction hash — we'll look into it right away.
How does investing work?
Once your account is funded, go to the Invest page and choose a plan that matches your balance. Enter the amount you want to invest and confirm. Your investment starts earning the plan's daily rate immediately, and profits are credited to your account every 24 hours.
What are the available plans and their rates?
There are three plans:
- Basic — $100 to $500, earning 1.5% daily (10× ROI)
- Standard — $500 to $2,000, earning 3% daily (20× ROI)
- Premium — $2,000 to $10,000, earning 5% daily (50× ROI)
When are profits credited to my account?
Profits are calculated and credited to your account balance every 24 hours. You can track your cumulative earnings in the Investment Profit card on your dashboard.
Can I invest more than once?
Yes. You can make multiple investments. Each investment is tracked independently and earns at the rate of the plan it qualified for at the time of investment.
How do I upgrade to a higher plan?
Simply make a new deposit and invest an amount that falls within a higher plan's range. There is no manual upgrade process — the plan rate is automatically applied based on the investment amount you choose.
How do I withdraw my funds?
Go to Withdraw from the sidebar. Enter the amount you want to withdraw, select the cryptocurrency, and provide your wallet address. Submit the request and our team will process it — you'll receive a confirmation once the transfer is complete.
What is the minimum withdrawal amount?
The minimum withdrawal is $10. There is no maximum — you can withdraw your full available balance at any time.
How long does a withdrawal take?
Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 hours, often much sooner. Once processed, the transfer time depends on network conditions — most arrive within minutes to a few hours.
Are there any withdrawal fees?
SyncProfitPath does not charge withdrawal fees. However, standard blockchain network (gas) fees may apply depending on the cryptocurrency and network used. These are deducted from the amount sent.
Do I need to complete KYC before I can withdraw?
Yes. KYC verification is required before your first withdrawal. This is a one-time process. Go to Settings → KYC Verification and submit a government-issued ID and proof of address. Verification typically takes 24–48 hours.
How do I complete KYC verification?
Go to Settings from the sidebar and open the KYC Verification tab. Upload a clear photo of a government-issued ID (passport, national ID, or driver's licence) and a proof of address document dated within the last 3 months. Submit and our team will review your documents within 24–48 hours.
Why was my KYC rejected?
Common reasons include blurry or cropped images, expired documents, or mismatched information. If your KYC was rejected, you'll receive a reason in your account. Fix the issue and resubmit. If you need help, chat with our support team.
How are my funds kept safe?
All user data and communications are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption. The majority of user assets are held in cold wallet storage — offline and inaccessible to external threats. We enforce strict internal security protocols and regular audits to protect your investments at all times.
How does the referral program work?
Every user gets a unique referral code found in the Refer & Earn section. When someone signs up using your code and makes a deposit, you earn a referral bonus automatically. You can track all your referrals and total earnings in that section.
How do I change my password or profile details?
Go to Settings from the sidebar. From there you can update your profile photo, display name, email address, and password. Changes are saved to your account immediately.
I can't log in to my account. What should I do?
Double-check that you're using the email address you signed up with and that your password is correct. If you've forgotten your password, use the Forgot password link on the login page. If you're still locked out, chat with support and we'll help you recover access.
